just trying to stay cool.

i totally forgot to tell you about friday night. jeff and i went on a date! he wanted to go to outback because he had been craving a blooming onion. i had ribs and jeff had steak. totally delish! we were going to go to a movie but we changed our mind after we found out it was $8.75! we decided pay-per-view would be cheaper. we ran by books-a-million and target. then we stopped by jeff's mom's on the way home. we didn't get home until late so we nixed the movie.

yesterday evening we picked up supper from mcdonald's and headed to the park. the boys played and then we walked on the trail. we'll have to take some bread next time to feed the ducks, turtles and fish. we stopped by jeff's mom's on the way home. eli talked his head off while we were there! he gets that from the callahan side of the family!

i think i'll take the boys swimming tomorrow with lisa and her girls.

friday i plan to sleep late. we're going swimming friday evening and cooking hotdogs.

andrew's obsession with spiderman is unreal. he tells anyone and everyone he's spiderman and then throws his hand out like he's shooting out a web. it was cute the first few times but goodness, it's time to move on to something else.
