Speech, Tents & T-Ball

eli has completed his speech therapy for this school year. he will resume therapy in august when he starts school in august. eli's therapist had nothing but good things to say about him. she said he's been a great student and will do well in kindergarten. i met with the therapist today and she showed me the plan for eli's therapy next year. i will continue to reinforce what he has learned and work on some of the sounds he will work on in the future.

a couple of days ago i used a blanket, small table and two chairs to make the boys a tent. you would have thought they had died and gone to heaven. over the past couple of days, the tent has evolved to become bigger and better. today's tent has been deemed 'THE BEST TENT I EVER SEEN!' how cool am i? mother of the year, no?

eli has a ball game again tonight. he's been doing well...as well as a 4 year can anyway! eli is totally loving being able to play ball and that's what counts! poor drew sits outside of the fence longing to be a part of the t-ball chaos. until then, drew will have to continue to tease a little girl that he makes chase him all around.
